It's crazy to me that at one point in life, we as humans sat on a beach drawing in the sand imagining fantasy's of endless knowledge and access to the world around us. Far and near, at our finger tips. How were we supposed to know that a search engines logo would be a magnifying glass or that google was an enormous number that has been since exceeded. But before all that, the concept of the internet was so far fathomed that it's creation almost seems like a phenomenon.

The topic of cyberfemenism that was briefly talked about I found very interesting and intriguing because its a topic that I’ve never personally realized and put together until it was brought to my attention. The internet and social media and all things technology based are a part of my everyday life and routine- its almost the center of our existence, the holder of our being. Life online has become so normal that the term ‘cyber-rape’ never seemed to be coined in daily life because it almost seems typical that the degrading, objectifying, and threatening behavior towards women would follow into internet culture gracefully and easily. I find this concept fascinating- that we can full change the course of living and the way in which every action is executed by creating the internet but there is actually nothing that changed for the better.
We have seen so many advancements in technology just in the past 10 to 20 years yet we still see no growth in the personality of this country and this world. For example you would think drastic change and access to all the knowledge in thew world would drastically alter peoples views, opinions, stereotypes, etc. etc.
Its a magnificent concept- the creation of the internet, and it truly became an adaptive part of life the moment art began to be created in the digital realm. It brought character and personality to a scary endless place of life and the world.
